Totally unreliable. You can do better.

The Bottom Line:
Don't buy one at any price. Exhaust fan burnt out within 6 hours on 2 different samples.
I bought this unit from Home Depot where it carries a Maytag brand name. The fan that removes the hot air burnt out in a half-day. Then I learned that the unit is not really a Maytag but is from Fedders and there is no service within an hour of my home (largest city in my state). After 4 weeks of waiting for a part to come in, I called Home Depot who replaced the unit with one they found at another HD store. This one did the same thing--worked for less than 6 hrs. I'm returning it and researching other choices.
