Poor paper feed, bloatware
My recent purchase of the Officejet Pro came after the HP7100 was finally retired. I had high hopes for this all-in-one, but was disappointed in its ability to feed paper and the tedious, maddening extraneous software that invades all HP printers. Extremely Capable Network All-in-One for the Home or Small Office - BUT!
Now that I've found an HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 that works - I really like this printer.
However, if you buy one, do so from a local retailer so you can exchange it if it is dead on arrival. You might also consider what we eventually did - unpack and assemble it in the store before you leave! ...

Good upgrade from the HP Officejet Pro L7780
I used to have the Officejet 9110 about 5 years ago which died prematurely after 100,000 prints because I put an incompatible lubricant in it to try and extend it's life which did just the opposite and caused rapid failure of the part I lubricated.
