40 hours on the phone with HP "Tech Support" and it still malfunctions

Pros Looks Good
Cons Bundled software not compatible with the HP7410 OfficeJet
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Seems that Tech can most time get me up and going for a little while. Soon, however, the computer slips back to poor service.
After 3 months of research, I bought the m7360n from Best Buy. They were great to deal with. By the 4th week in service I had to send the unit back to HP for warranty work. It came back to me none the better. Seems that the bundled software on the m7360n is not compatible with there HP 7410 Office Jet All in One printer. I have had to do 3 complete Restores and still no good has come of it. There begins the problem. Had to spend 3 plus hours on the phone the first week in order to get my 7410 running.
After I got this unit back from HP, I spent another 35 or 40 hours on the tech line with them for a number of problems with software conflicts. And by the way, I have spent another 10 or 15 hours on there e-mail tech site.
As for "Updates from HP Agent, that thing runs what seems like all the time. I request that it not start with out advising me and it does its on thing anyway. It slow my e-mail and web surfing down to a trickle. Oh, by the way, it's running now according to the task manager. I'll end it now but it will be back.
Today I spoke with Mr Bill Attwood at HP. Customer resolution specialist. He said that he would help me with the LightScribe issue but nothing else. Oh, did I say that the LightScribe went out also......Oh, and did I say that I purchased an extended warranty for $269.00 for the m7360n and another $69.00 for the printer. Those will be cancelled soon.
