The purchase of this computer was one of the costliest and most time consuming mistakes we have ever made. We have spent hours online with techs, hours restoring, hours formatting and it still does not work properly. We originally paid Best Buy to start it up for us, so it wasn't anything we did. I would not recommend this computer to anyone. BEWARE! If you enjoy wasting your precious time and hard earned money go ahead and buy it.
