Pros Excellent mix of shooter with humor...
Cons ...but very linear and a touch droll in places.
Recommended it? Yes

No One Lives Forever: A Spy In H.A.R.M.s Way is a campy, fun first-person shooter that evokes the image of prior Bond films, their subsequent knock-offs and the ever-growing trend to offer humor amidst the blood.

The game, two full CDs, is the best selling sequel to the original No One... Read full review »

In This Game, No One Dies Forever

Pros Very amusing. Technically wonderful. Artistically better. Violent, but not serious.
Cons Many little things that are trivial in light of the pros.
Recommended it? Yes

All other things being equal, try asking me if I'd rather play as a dull, geeky male scientist or a spunky, charismatic female spy and watch how quickly I give you a response. Half-Life may have started the propitious trend of shooters with actual depth, but when No One Lives Forever came along, it... Read full review »

Two years ago, Sierra released No One Lives Forever, a funny, slick, and fun parody of James bond and other fictional spies of his ilk. It won quite a few awards, including a Game of the Year award for 2000. Now, when every game that sold more than 23 copies is getting a sequel, how could it be... Read full review »

It has some nice moments but also a lot of tedious crud

Pros Fun gadgets. Good music. An ambitious title.
Cons They only give you the gadgets they want you to use in that level.
Recommended it? Yes

I'm near the end of the game and for what seems like the last five levels I've been playing a shooter. There's hardly any exploration at all. It's just boss levels and escape this, escape that. If you get to search around at all it's in total darkness and they don't even give you your keychain... Read full review »

Pros Humorous interpretation of spy games, interesting weapons, great graphics and audio.
Cons A very linear plot, quicksaves make it very easy, too short (I thought).

Ah, No One Lives Forever 2 - A great sequel to an amazing game. While poking fun at traditional spy games, it wraps you up into the plot, and wells your eyes with tears when it is all over.
For those of you who do not know the premise of this game, NOLF 2: A Spy In Harm's Way is a spy game... Read full review »

I bought this game after playing the demo that came on a PC Gamer disc. I thought it seemed quite good but the demo only covered the first level of the game, and i'm happy to say its one of the worst in the game.

The game gets better and better with each level quite literally. Although... Read full review »
