Has what you need, lacks what you don't.
This little beauty has really been marketed as a palm pilot for the novice PDA user: something simple enough not to scare your grandma and easy enough to wean Luddites from their sticky notes. I don't fit in that demographic, but I love this PDA for its simplicity and utility.
