Nice basic player
I got this on clearance (apparently Sony is introducing new models and discontinuing this one). It came with headphones but no AC adapter or car kit. Great Player, But With An Issue
I bought this player mainly because of its 490 song cd capacity, but also because I trust the Sony name. It has a dot matrix display, a display that uses a number of tiny dots to show the letters and numbers, instead of the usual long, parallel, and perpindicular lines. This means you can put more... sony ne509 good for fm transmitter
Long battery life, 80hours or so. Sony atrac3 software
that comes with unit allows about 30CDs on one CD.
Plug in a fm transmitter and use it at work--very handy.
Transmitter only lasts about 16 hours on batteries though.
Rio Sp60 for 20$ actually sounds better in the car with...

at first, i was skeptic about a sony mp3/atrac cd walkman, having read about it in the the web, but i bougth it eventually. the results so far? pretty nice, i must say. the thing has a good shape, it's lightweigth. it comes with an ac adapter--you'll need it when it comes to connect it to a home...
