Pros Plays standard CDs and CD-Rs encoded with MP3s or the ATRAC format - jog dial
Cons Price - ATRAC format is proprietary - Some poorly designed buttons - No AC adapter

Cons It's terribly inconvenient. Slow and loud....like a bad houseguest.

Pros Comparatively easy navigation, good MP3 playback and decoding
Cons Limited display, questionable physical integrity, excessive gaps between adjacent MP3s

Pros Amazing battery life; stores 350+ songs
Cons Sound quality is only okay; volume doesn't go very loud; bulky player.

Pros ATRAC3PLUS is incredible, Great sound!, long battery!, Lots of Songs 490 on 1 CD!
Cons No AC adaptor, slow burning (has to make an image of everything)

Pros -The jog dial makes it easy to navigate many files. -It is durable.
Cons -The headphones it came with were awful.

Pros 80 hours on 2 AA's, plays mp3 CDs
Cons Included software sometimes doesn't work properly

It's pretty easy to use, the little nob it comes with is a great feature, and the button layout is good. The screen is easy to read for the most part, and the system is easy to use. It's pretty durable, I've dropped it a couple of times, and it didn't even skip! Read full review »

Pros Battery life, sound, 490 tracks to a disk, not complicated to use.
Cons The only con about this player is--you don't want to put it down.

This is an excellent player. The sound is great and the unit is easy to use. Sony has built another quality product.
