Sony WEGA KLV-23HR2 23" HDTV-Ready LCD TV

The HR2 is the improved version of the HR1. I was able to buy one from Ebay for $1400.00. We currently use it in our bedroom. Bear in mind that all top LCD TV's have a much smaller height than current CRT's for wide viewing. It is worth every penny. There are 5 video options and it is an HDTV model. If you have a Dish and use the Sony dish receiver, the remote of this LCD works both flawlessly. The picture is so smooth and clear. It is hard to compare this to my new 37" Panasonic Plasma. The contrast on the Panasonic gives almost a 3D image. If you want the best picture period and will accept the larger size and much higher price, you can't go wrong with the Panasonic Plasma.
