This LG300 fryer's stainless steel fry tank has three heat exchanger tubes and a large "V"-shaped cold zone. Behind the door, snap action millivolt thermostat control adjusts from 200° to 400°F with a standing pilot. The LG300 fryer's millivolt system requires no electric hook-up. A hi-limit, shut-off protector shuts off the gas combination valve and standing pilot for added safety.The LG300 fryer's front, top and door are made of stainless steel, and the sides and back have a high-grade, galvanized non-corrosive finish. The door is lined for added stability and has an earth magnet to make sure the door is secure when closed. The stainless steel basket hanger is easily removable for cleaning.
