Mixed feelings about this camcorder
The video quality on this camcorder really is great, especially with good natural lighting. I don't know if it's something particular to Canon that the colors are really vivid. Video taken indoors comes out dark and yellowish, but the quality is still probably sharper than the... Read full review »

As a new HG10 user agree in total with the review by f8ster. Very accurate. I am a Mac Power PC user (Mac Intel users can read .mts format) and was initially frustrated till I found Voltaic - http://mac1080hd.com/ which allows a conversion of the .mts files to Quicktime.
