Even after i paid, they answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

Also im from Quebec, in Canada and they did all in their power to make it better for me fee wise and they only charged me 49 box for shipping for a complete 5.1 kit at a already ridiculous low price.

I was told about Accoustic Sound Design by members of the AVSforums when I was asking for advice on a subwoofer for my new home theatre setup. I checked out their ebay page and purchased a PA-120 from them. The price was unbeatable and the shipping was quick. I had a few questions about the purchase and my emails were returned quickly. The process was good. I had some questions that were promptly answered. The items were delivered within a week of when I ordered them. Still never received the 100' of speaker wire that was suppossed to come with the purchase. Other than that it was fine.

Bought Infinity Beta speakers from Acoustic Sound Design for my 7.1 home theater setup. It was in three separate orders. Each time the transaction went very smoothly and the speakers were delivered within 3 - 4 days. The speakers are brand new, not refurbished despite their low price.

I found ASD while I was doing research on prices of Infinity Betas. Consistently the price was the lowest I could find. At first I was vary so I just ordered pair of Beta 10. As said above I got prompt e-mail confirmation with UPS tracking number and in couple of days the speakers were at my door. Then I placed order for SW-12 powered sub and again the service was excellent. So finally I had enough trust and ordered the rest.

I recently purchased a pair of new NHT iW3 In Wall Speakers for $250.00 from Acoustic Sound Design (www.acousticsounddesign.com). I emailed customer service with questions prior to the sale, and received helpful answers the following day. I purchased the NHT speakers online and received prompt emails regarding the processing notification and UPS delivery tracking. The following week I had my speakers in perfect condition with all accessories and original packaging.

Speed of delivery was fast, everything came as described except one of the towers was blemished (tear in the vinyl next to the horn tweeter and the bass port material was peeling). Overall I wasn't thrilled with the speakers, but my father thought they were awesome (they were a gift for him). Ordered from acousticsounddesign.com

I ordered a set of Polk Audi LsiFx speakers and when they arrived, I found that the serial numbers had been removed. These speakers were advertised as "new" in the ad. I contacted Mike and he said that he would "back the manufacturer warranty," which is meaningless as Polk does not sell speaker parts to unauthorized dealers. If something goes wrong with these speakers I cannot get them repaired so I will need to buy a new set.

I think Mike bought these speakers at a bankruptcy sale or as a part of a lot of damaged goods that was paid for by an insurance company. Although the speakers work fine, this company's business practices are deceptive. When selling an item advertised as "new" it should come with the original serial number and manufacturer's warranty.

I would not buy from this dealer again and I do not recommend him. I think it is hit or miss with him - you may find some good deals and you may get burned. I don't think the risk is worth it so look elsewhere.

I've recently ordered a set of Klipsch RF-35 speakers from Acoustic Sound Design.

I've placed my order and paid on Thursday August 31st. The speakers were shipped on Monday September 4th. Very fast order processing time.

When I unpacked my speakers, I was pleasantly surprised to find extra protective shipping material inside the boxes. Thumbs Up.

There was however a slight problem with my order, but a quick email to customer service fixed it right away. Their response time is excellent. Never did I wait more then 2-3 hours for a reply and sometimes I'd hear back from them within 10 minutes.

Would I buy from them again?
Of course, I've already placed another order for a RC-35 center channel speaker.

Terrible communication. I ordered some speakers on a Monday and told I would get them by end of week. After no email confirmation I contacted them and they said it would get picked up Friday and go out. Again...no email confirmation so I called on Monday and was given the shipper's number. Called the shipper and said they were picking it up today and should e delivered by Friday. Again no email confirmation...I called on Wed and speakers were just picked up and it would be the next week before they would be delivered. Cancelled order....we'll see how long it takes to get a credit.
