Well, unfortunately after ordering the EOS10D (Priced at $1,127) (Right now It usually goes for $1,499) I didn't receive any calls or any "Verification" that was specified upon completion of "payment" on the website. I had to call the Customer Rep myself. I ordered the same product from digitalliquidators.com and did receive a call.. Now here is the interesting thing. I spoke with the SAME person and had the SAME problem. The camera was Body only and did not include the standard Canon package of camera strap, battery, battery charger, USB connecter, Video Out Connecter, Lens Cap, and Manual. This was not what is referred to as a "gray Market" camera... It is American.. According to the Customer Rep I spoke to.. Whatever that is supposed to mean.

I had a friend call 2 days before I ordered the Camera.. and he spoke with someone who told him that the camera came with everything.. Strap, Charger, etc..

I believe that K&G and DigitalLiquidators are probably one in the same company. The EOS10D I attempted to purchase from both had the same problem and I spoke with a person who sounded EXACTLY same from both companies. There was a slight lisp in his voice and he sounded young. Maybe this is some 15 Yr. old who has a father in the camera business and he decided to put a website together to see if he'd make some money.. This is the only valid conclusion I can come to. Nothing else about these two websites I went to gave me any semblance that these were REAL businesses.

I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone out there looking for the EOS10D or any similar camera at low prices to do their homework. Check on Epinions and see how the reviews are. Call the company once, and if you don't get an e-mail/phone call as verification that you ordered something, call and cancel. You do NOT want your credit card number in the hands of such individuals.
