Pros Quiet when it's not running.
Cons Noisy, don't purify, expensive replacement filters, pushes dust back into the air.
Recommended it? No

We've always had great luck with Hunter fans so we thought we couldn't go wrong buying this purifier knowing the Hunter reputation.  Boy were we mistaken.  Unless it's on the lowest sleep setting it's noiser than any purifier we've ever had, and right out of the box it did next to nothing to purify...
