Pros Accurate RAW conversion, very fast, non-destructive, complete feature set, facilitates...
Cons RAW tags should be exportable (i.e. 16:9 aspect ratio).

Pros Good for viewing photos
Cons Very poor and even dangerous for managing photos. DO NOT RECOMMEND
Recommended it? No

I switched to the Mac with the hope of being able to better organize and use photos. Unfortunately this is not the case with either iPhoto (not being reviewed) and Aperture.

With my new Mac (love the machine generally) I bought Aperture 1.5 then upgraded to 2.0 so spent around $300... Read full review »
