beware Avanti wine chillers can die at 1 year and warranty is NOT honored

Pros It has a lock on each temperature zone (the only reason I bought it).
Cons Cheap manufacturing, will have to replace a 1 year old unit with another product now.
Recommended it? No

I purchased an Avanti dual zone wine chiller on 11/05/08.  I noticed on installing it that everything about it seemed very cheap and flimsy.  The door for the larger compartment never quite sealed all the way around.  Stiff metal coils on the back stuck out beyond the shell of the unit meaning that...
