Pros Stable, Safe & Can stay in until 65 pounds
Cons Smaller base tears up your seats & narrow in seat for bigger kids

We own 2 of the Marathons and 2 of the Regents! We moved our 4 year old into the Regent when baby came. The Regent is a little better for the bigger kids but you certainly don't have to change. We just chose to move her.

We have found Cosco car seats to be great value, cute and all around comfortable. You don't have to spend an enormous amount to get a nice new seat if you are on a tight budget. Cosco makes this possible and I love this seat. The colors they come in are great! Read full review »

I was looking for a reasonably priced car seat & this fit the bill.  It was stylish yet safe and a good value.  There isn't a lot of head support when you have a younger baby, but I fixed that by added a head supporter when she was younger. Read full review »
